Privacy policy

In short

• This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers.
• Information you send through our forms is stored by Tally, our form provider, and emailed to us.
• We keep form submissions only as long as described below, and delete them sooner if you ask.

What we collect

• Early-access sign-ups: your name, email, current setting, topics of interest, an optional message, and your consent to be contacted.
• Consultant applications: your name, email, credentials, experience, specialties, consultation topics, a sample session outline, your resume, optional links, and your consent.
• Email: anything you send to hello@evoslp.com.
• Page views: anonymous, cookieless counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not identify you or track you across sites.
• Server logs: our host keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, browser and page requested) for security, for 90 days.

Who handles it

• Tally stores form submissions and uploaded resumes.
• Google Firebase hosts this website and keeps its request logs.
• Cloudflare provides our domain name service, email forwarding and page-view counts.

We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions until our booking platform launches. At launch we move them into the platform and delete them from Tally. If the platform hasn't launched within 12 months of your submission, we delete that submission.

Deleting your information

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@evoslp.com. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
